M\u016f\u017ee se oloupat, ale sta\u010d\u00ed nakr\u00e1jet t\u0159eba na m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky a loupat net\u0159eba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud nem\u00e1me mlet\u00fd koriandr, tak v hmo\u017ed\u00ed\u0159i roztlouct (\u010di v ml\u00fdnku na ko\u0159en\u00ed nahrubo uml\u00edt) dv\u011b l\u017ei\u010dky <strong>koriandrov\u00fdch sem\u00ednek<\/strong>, p\u0159idat k nim l\u017ei\u010dku <strong>sladk\u00e9 papriky<\/strong> (kdo r\u00e1d&nbsp;ost\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t <strong>chilli<\/strong>) a sm\u011bs\u00ed bohat\u011b posypat d\u00fdn\u011b. Pokropit&nbsp;<strong>olivov\u00fdm olejem<\/strong> a d\u00e1t na 20\u201330 minut do trouby rozp\u00e1len\u00e9 na 200&nbsp;\u00b0C (nejl\u00e9pe rozlo\u017een\u00e9 na plechu s pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem). D\u00fdn\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dostate\u010dn\u011b ope\u010den\u00e1, za\u010d\u00edt tmavnout, ale nem\u011bla by&nbsp;b\u00fdt sp\u00e1len\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b do \u010derna. Ale kdy\u017e se to stane, nevad\u00ed \u2014&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 sp\u00e1len\u00e9 kousky rad\u011bji odstran\u00edme, pol\u00e9vce by kazily vzhled i chu\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e se d\u00fdn\u011b&nbsp;upe\u010de, oloupat&nbsp;a nakr\u00e1jet dv\u011b <strong>cibule<\/strong> a osma\u017eit s&nbsp;kouskem n\u011bjak\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>slaniny<\/strong> nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na nudli\u010dky. Tady je lep\u0161\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e1 libov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed: kousek prosciutta nebo pancetty je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, dob\u0159e poslou\u017e\u00ed i&nbsp;kr\u00e1jen\u00e9 uzen\u00e9 apod. M\u00e1-li b\u00fdt kr\u00e9m zcela vegetari\u00e1nsk\u00fd, slaninu vynech\u00e1me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e cibulka za\u010dne hn\u011bdnout, p\u0159id\u00e1 se upe\u010den\u00e1 d\u00fdn\u011b. Pokud nebyla loupan\u00e1, vydlabe&nbsp;se ze slupky l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed, je kr\u00e1sn\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e1. Je-li slupka p\u011bkn\u00e1 a m\u011bkk\u00e1, loupat se ani nemus\u00ed (ale j\u00e1 ji rad\u011bji d\u00e1v\u00e1m pry\u010d, n\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t pol\u00e9vce nep\u0159\u00edjemnou chu\u0165 nebo z n\u00ed z\u016fstanou hrub\u0161\u00ed kousky, kter\u00e9 se zcela nerozmixuj\u00ed). P\u0159idat&nbsp;p\u00e1r l\u00edstk\u016f&nbsp;<strong>\u0161alv\u011bje<\/strong> (ta tam ud\u011bl\u00e1 divy!) a zal\u00edt asi litrem vody a osol\u00edm. M\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00e1vat i&nbsp;s trochou&nbsp;\u0161leha\u010dky \u010di zakysan\u00e9 smetany a osma\u017een\u00fdm l\u00edstky \u0161alv\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako varianta se k&nbsp;d\u00fdni do trouby m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159idat i dal\u0161\u00ed zelenina (mrkev,&nbsp;pastin\u00e1k, celer apod.), do hrnce se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159idat i n\u011bjak\u00e1&nbsp;brambora (pak se mus\u00ed va\u0159it d\u00e9le, aby se brambory rozva\u0159ily) \u2014 ale v\u017edycky by m\u011bla d\u00fdn\u011b p\u0159eva\u017eovat, aby jej\u00ed v\u016fni a chu\u0165 jin\u00e1 zelenina nep\u0159ebila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Jako skv\u011bl\u00e1 varianta se uk\u00e1zal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kucharkaprodceru.cz\/kremova-polevka\/\">tip od Florent\u00fdny<\/a>: m\u00edsto p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed smetany na z\u00e1v\u011br se p\u0159id\u00e1 (tu\u010dn\u00e1!) smetana \u00fapln\u011b na za\u010d\u00e1tku a spolu s kr\u00e9mem se celou dobu va\u0159\u00ed. Nakonec se p\u0159i rozmixov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161leh\u00e1 a kr\u00e9m sou\u010dasn\u011b kr\u00e1sn\u011b zahust\u00ed a nad\u00fdch\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jin\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 kr\u00e9my<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V podstat\u011b stejn\u00fd postup se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro jak\u00e9koli jin\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 kr\u00e9my. Surovinu m\u016f\u017eeme ji p\u0159edem op\u00e9ct nebo osma\u017eit, nebo ji rovnou va\u0159it. Pova\u0159\u00edme ve vod\u011b, v\u00fdvaru, ml\u00e9ce, se smetanou, p\u0159id\u00e1me n\u011bjak\u00e9 chut\u011b, rozmixujeme dohladka. Do spousty kr\u00e9m\u016f se hod\u00ed i s\u00fdr, t\u0159eba strouhan\u00fd parmaz\u00e1n, pecorino nebo t\u0159eba gorgonzola. Experimentujte!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>brokolicov\u00fd<\/strong> \u2013 do z\u00e1kladu osma\u017e\u00edme cibuli a \u010desnek, m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159idat i \u0159ap\u00edkat\u00fd celer a nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd ko\u0161\u0165\u00e1l brokolice, zalijeme vodou a p\u0159id\u00e1me brokolici rozebranou na r\u016f\u017ei\u010dky. Va\u0159\u00edme kr\u00e1tce, cca 10\u201315 minut.<\/li><li><strong>kv\u011bt\u00e1kov\u00fd<\/strong> \u2013 kv\u016fli zachov\u00e1n\u00ed barvy v z\u00e1kladu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me jen b\u00edl\u00e9 suroviny (b\u00edl\u00e1 cibule), na dochucen\u00ed se hod\u00ed mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd kv\u011bt.<\/li><li><strong>p\u00f3rkov\u00fd<\/strong> \u2013 mal\u00fd d\u00edl b\u00edl\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u00f3rku osma\u017eit do z\u00e1kladu na m\u00e1sle (ale nenechat ztmavnout) a zbytek p\u00f3rk\u016f va\u0159it nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd nejl\u00e9pe na drobhno. Neb\u00e1t se opravdu velk\u00e9 haldy, t\u0159eba ze dvou p\u00f3rk\u016f. Ono se to smrskne.<\/li><li><strong>\u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00fd<\/strong>, mangoldov\u00fd nebo jin\u00e1 k\u0159ehk\u00e1 listov\u00e1 zelenina \u2013 do z\u00e1kladu cibuli a \u010desnek, va\u0159it jen opravdu kr\u00e1tce. Hromada je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u\u017e p\u00f3rku \u2013 p\u0159id\u00e1vat do hrnce postupn\u011b, \u010derstv\u00e9 listy v horku rychle zavadnou a splihnou. <\/li><li><strong>celerov\u00fd, petr\u017eelov\u00fd, pasti\u0148\u00e1kov\u00fd, mrkvov\u00fd<\/strong> a jejich kombinace \u2013 podobn\u011b jako d\u00fdn\u011b. M\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edem op\u00e9ct, nemus\u00edme, ko\u0159enov\u00e1 zelenina snese v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 dochucen\u00ed<\/li><li><strong>bramborov\u00fd<\/strong> \u2013 bramborov\u00fd kr\u00e9m se spoustou \u010desneku je velk\u00e1 dobrota, brambory se daj\u00ed kombinovat se spoustou dal\u0161\u00ed zeleniny, hlav\u011b s tou ko\u0159enovou<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A dal\u0161\u00ed, co v\u00e1s jen napadne.
