Nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba se s t\u00edm moc tr\u00e1pit, ony se p\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed v\u0161echny\u00a0detaily\u00a0ztrat\u00ed \u2014\u00a0hlavn\u011b se sna\u017eme, aby paprika nepraskla.<\/li><li>P\u0159iprav\u00edme si masovou sm\u011bs \u2014 mlet\u00e9 maso osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme, p\u0159\u00edp. p\u0159id\u00e1me podle chuti a sez\u00f3ny \u010derstv\u011b posekan\u00e9 nebo su\u0161en\u00e9 bylinky (tymi\u00e1n, oregano, petr\u017eelku atd.). Sm\u011bs by m\u011bla b\u00fdt na chuti malinko\u00a0p\u0159esolen\u00e1, trochu soli si vezmou papriky a vype\u010den\u00e1 \u0161\u0165\u00e1va.<\/li><li>Nap\u011bchujeme maso do paprik, a\u017e po\u00a0okraj. Sna\u017e\u00edme se\u00a0d\u016fkladn\u011b\u00a0vyplnit cel\u00fd prostor papriky, ale taky mus\u00edme d\u00e1vat pozor, aby k\u0159ehk\u00e1 paprika nepraskla.<\/li><li>Papriky naskl\u00e1d\u00e1me do pek\u00e1\u010dku, pokapeme olejem nebo poklademe tenk\u00fdmi pl\u00e1tky m\u00e1sla, podlijme tro\u0161kou vody a d\u00e1me p\u00e9ct na 180 \u00b0C.\u00a0A\u017e papriky svrchu zhn\u011bdnou, oto\u010d\u00edme je a ope\u010deme i z druh\u00e9 strany. Odhadem po\u010d\u00edtejme cca 80&nbsp;g na jednu papriku, tedy asi p\u016fl kila na 6&nbsp;paprik \u2014 ale m\u016f\u017ee to hodn\u011b kol\u00edsat podle velikosti jednotliv\u00fdch paprik. Pro pln\u011bn\u00ed paprik pom\u016f\u017ee mal\u00e1 finta: od\u0159ezat paprik\u00e1m \u0161pi\u010dky, aby dole vznikl mal\u00fd otvor, kter\u00fdm m\u016f\u017ee unikat vzduch a papriky se tak mnohem l\u00edp pln\u00ed. U\u0159ezan\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ihodit do pek\u00e1\u010de.&nbsp;Stejn\u011b tak pokud n\u00e1m zbude maso, ud\u011bl\u00e1me z n\u011bj&nbsp;kuli\u010dky nebo karban\u00e1tky a p\u0159ihod\u00edme do pek\u00e1\u010de k paprik\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maso se pe\u010den\u00edm trochu smrskne, pokud chceme papriky v\u00edc naducan\u00e9, m\u016f\u017eeme do masov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi p\u0159idat tro\u0161ku syrov\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017ee \u2014 ne moc, nanejv\u00fd\u0161 tak 2 l\u017e\u00edce na p\u016fl kila masa. R\u00fd\u017ee p\u0159i pe\u010den\u00ed nabobtn\u00e1 a papriky se nesmrsknou.
